How long is therapy?Each session lasts 50 minutes, giving us plenty of time to dive into your concerns, explore your goals, and develop strategies to help you move forward. This structured time allows for meaningful progress while fitting into your busy schedule.

Do you accept insurance?Yes, I accept a variety of insurance plans. To find out if your provider is covered, please visit the insurance page for a detailed list of accepted providers. If you have any questions or need help navigating your benefits, feel free to reach out.

What happens in the first session?The first session is all about getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any questions or concerns you may have. It’s a time to build a foundation of trust and start creating a space where you feel comfortable and supported.

Can my therapist prescribe medication?As a licensed psychotherapist, I am not able to prescribe medication. However, I can help you find a qualified prescriber, such as a psychiatrist or primary care doctor, if medication becomes part of your treatment plan.

How much does therapy cost?Therapy sessions are $275 for 50 minutes. If you’re using insurance, I encourage you to check your behavioral health coverage for details on what might be covered. I’m happy to help answer questions about payment or insurance options!

Do you have evening appointments?My current hours are Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. While I don’t offer evening appointments, I do my best to accommodate your schedule within these hours. Feel free to contact me, and we’ll work together to find a time that works for you.
